I was there in the Kop! Used to get to most home games back in the day. That was a world class goal by Glenn Hoddle but normal service was resumed after that. Happy days! It's been great to take my son back to Anfield in the last couple of years.

Whelan is underrated in terms of longing back at our greatest players. He was my hero as a kid. Unbelievable player. Cracking goal in this game. - I couldn’t help thinking of Trent when that corner was taken. It should be named after him forevermore.
