yes, it's 3 points for our taking but if you have luton goalie keeping those goals out yet we still kept finding space and producing good chances, that's a positive sign for the whole team especially with the new mid engine playing together for this season, it surely needs time for them to get used to each other style of play. Nunez is at no fault for hitting the crossbar and salah header should have tested the goalie instead leaving Nunez in such a situation to score surely instinctively? so just because he is a striker, many eras gone by we have seen strikers missing sitters. Go see the compilation of all his attempts n misses. 25% are naive attempts , 35% off target completely , 20% directly at keepers (easy saves) , 10% not able to convert from 2-6 yards out.and 5% mistimed headers ( scoring opportunities ). Just like Andy Carroll , he will score a few impressive goals along the way , but will never be the one to rely on. Unpredictable isn't the word, the correct term is inconsistency ., why ? simply because he is not good enough. Top strikers miss good chances i know, but when i look around i dont see them missing sitters over n over n over again in such a short period of time. Don't use age as an excuse, he is not that young now. He need to work on his finishing ? Don't bother ! 9 out of 10 strikers from the Sunday league would have scored from those chances, is it really about the finishing or it is just the player ?
