I was there. It was an incredible crowd there. 50 thousand people turned up just for a preseason match and average ticket price was around SGD 150 or around 85-90 pounds. Just shows the passion across the world.

Even if we get another one, it's looking like it will be Lavia or Andre and they're not experienced enough, they shouldn't have to be thrown in the deep end. They won't even get a full pre season to get used to their place in the team. We're acting way too slow and are linked with players that just don't have the experience given what we've lost in that position. We'll be lucky to get 4th this year

@@momahoney4561In my eyes, klopp will most likely not extend his contract and he probably plans on either retiring or taking over the German national team. My point is, yes he wants to get silverware, but he doesn’t want to break the bank to bring in more players when there’s a massive youth squad waiting for make their first team appearance. TRUST IN KLOPP he’s able to see what the players are capable of better than anybody else(like in the case of Curtis jones and Bajcetic). Would klopp like to bring in a world class dm? Yes he woul. Are there any on the market we can afford? No. So we do what we can this season and hope we make it through to the next.

It’s preseason lol the year we won the league, we lost every single preseason game except 1, which was a draw. You know how many goals our main back 4 have conceded when playing together? 0. Konate and VVD partnership have conceded 1. It’s heavy rotation, they’ve been training 3 times a day and they train before a game. They’re meant to be tired now. They will tape off now to less training and less intensity to be ready. The point is not about winning, it’s about fitness.

But it is in fact, pre-season, which is indeed, utterly meaningless. There's no chemistry in pre-season with experimental formations and non-starters rotating in, nobody wants to get injured needlessly straining for the ball, nobody is up to full match sharpness and focus -- so easy mistakes are common. I can't count how many times pre-season has been the exact opposite of how the season turned out, yet people still buy into it. We had a similar ups & downs pre-season before nearly winning the quad And more to the point, should it ever be worrying when Leroy Sane and Serge Gnabry do what they do best? Nobody can defend counter-attacks, not consistently at least. It's what they do, and they're world class at it. Do you think Munich will be happy with the goals they conceded?

Has been happening for a while now very worrying how one easy ball and its 3 vs 3 in our defensive third then konate gets dragged out of position to try and defend the space trent leaves and leaves vvd badly exposed in the center recipe for disaster need to buy another rb and let trent learn to play cdm because once he does he will be one of the best players in the world in that position

@@matthewvaughan8192 10 goals conceded in three games is not a concern. That’s seen as good form going into the season. Balls lumped down the middle. That’s not great skill allowed to run into. Getting rid of 8 players bringing in two. Losing our DM two weeks prior to the season beginning and there is more. Thank heavens you aren’t on the coaching team.
