I think this roque situation highlights perfectly xavi’s incapabilities as a coach. Xavisexuals always talks how greatly he has helped youngsters like gavi,lamine,cubarsi,fort…. To improve and adapt to top level football. But when it becomes struggling youngsters like fati or roque he is incapable of improving or helping them to reach their potential and then he wants to get rid of them.
