I remember seeing him play for Ajax and thinking, this is the future of football. A player that has it all, the complete midfielder. So happy we actually got this amazing talent. He will become world class under Klopp.

Now the problem remains the defence, we need a centre back and a right back while also finding a replacement for Salah. Then we'll finally be able to put up against likes of City, Bayern and Madrid

Could turn out to be an absolute bargain! A midfield with Gravenberch, Szoboszlai, and Mac Allister is a very exciting one! When you compare last season's old midfield of Fab, hendo, Milner etc, this one really is the polar opposite. Young, energetic, strong, and all have a great workrate when you consider Szobo and macca the last couple weeks, proper fighters... I'm so excited!!

We've been trying to sign him since the last 2 years. So finaly having him here is awesome! Sure, we didn't get Bellingham but got something beddar. Macca, szobo, endo, ryan. Great. Now only if we signed a CB, it would have been perfect.

@@TongPo11 people forget Dutch players are tactically inter-changable. Tactically astute; etc. Take Gini Winaldhum. He was an 8. He ended up playing a 6 for the club several times. Back in the daily Frank Rijkaard could play all midfield positions. Ruud Gullit started out as a defender...became the best winger in the world . And on and on and on. I trust Klopp over people on this board😂

@@TongPo11 Seriously? Bajcetic is far to young has no pace or physical strength, his injured alot as a kid. Endo as Kloop said 2 games in a row his lost he doesn't know what liverpool do. The guys point is by saying "His not exactly what we needed" simple you don't understand football well enough then to realize we signing mostly attacking players that's why we signed Szoboszlai for attacking role and Mac Allister to do attack and defense. But honest liverpool supporters know we needed an actual Defense Midfielder. Like Doucoure he would of been a better buy. Gravenberch is a risk buy he will want to play as a CAM which he won't because Szoboszlai has that position. Understand?

I feel like LFC should’ve got Amrabat as well. Could’ve used Amrabat as 6, RG as rotation 6/8. Given the number of games we got, adds to the squad depth. Also, feel we need a CB/RB as well.

I think they're going for Andre Trinidade in January so the DM problem will be solved, he would add a lot of depth to our midfield. We still need a great CB though. I wish we could get someone like Bastoni or de Ligt but that's not easy. Let's hope for the best though. Klopp is doing the best he can with what he got, that's all that matters. YNWA

Great signing. Got our Fabinho replacement with Endo. Now got our Hendo replacement with Gravenberch. Like Hendo, he will likely play 8 and 6 for Liverpool. Can even fit in at Right-back or even Centre half when needed to cover, as Hendo did in the past. Lets remember that players who come through at Ajax are made to play/train in every position. Great for Liverpool, great for Gravenberch's development.

No one will really replace Hendo, his quality of calming the team down and setting the pace like a metronome is so massively underrated, he has allowed the team to win so many games by calming the panic and setting a foundation and expectation even during the worst of moments. Any 'replacement' will need to grow into that tbh.
